If you are 18–28, in California, and leaving foster care or incarceration, this program was built for you. Registering takes a few minutes, everything you share is confidential, and applying costs nothing. A staff member will contact you within 3 business days to talk about where you are and how we can help.
The application asks for your name, date of birth, how to reach you, where you are in California, your situation right now, your housing status, and what you need most. Leave blank anything you are not ready to share.
Register as a member of The People Union community to receive our updates, volunteer opportunities, and transparency reports. Membership is free. What we ask of members is engagement: pray for this work if you pray, volunteer if you can, give if you are able, and tell others either way.

If you can give time or open a door, fill in the volunteer application and tell us which roles fit — mentoring, teaching a life-skills class, mock interviews and resume help, driving practice, serving meals, events and donation drives, offering a job or an apprenticeship, offering housing, or partnering as a church or community group.
