Effective date: July 27, 2026. The People Union Inc. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

  • What we collect: information you provide through forms (name, contact details, donation information, program application details) and basic technical data (such as pages visited) collected through cookies or analytics tools.
  • How we use it: to operate our programs, process donations and issue tax receipts, respond to inquiries, and send updates you have requested. Program participants’ information is used solely to deliver services.
  • What we never do: we never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Donor information is never shared for marketing. Program participants’ records are kept confidential and shared only with their written consent or as required by law.
  • Payment security: donations are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Your rights: California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by contacting admin@thepeopleunion.com. We honor such requests as required by law.
  • Minors: our website and programs are intended for adults 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
